This modern minimalist commercial house has a floor area of 93/floor area of 62, with a length of 7x13 m. Our housing is located in the middle of a residential area. Our house is not big but very comfortable and feels at home.
The design of our house with a glass facade on the roof is not only decorative, but also plays an important role in maximizing natural lighting, creating the illusion of a wider space, and building a strong connection between the interior and exterior.
The choice of materials for the facade plays a very important role. Combined with natural stone on the right and left sides, our house looks more impressive.

This hallway is not only an access between rooms, but also functions as a mini gym that remains comfortable. The decoration is minimalist, relying more on materials that already have decorative elements, so there is no need for many additional things. This living room measures 3.5 x 5 m and we have adopted a Japanese-style theme, carrying the concept of white, wood and neutral.
This living room is used as a place to receive guests, as well as a family room because we use an open space concept to make it look spacious to get around our limited land.

Affordable but aesthetic material at sumo_nest ✨
On the facade there is a roster wall and also a house number from a plate that we form round as an architectural element.
The divider between the main door and the stairs uses gypsum painted and combined with hpl, in addition to adding an aesthetic element but also functional in design because there is storage at the bottom.
Stick-on bricks as a focal point in the middle of the room area and also give a different feel to the interior.
Rectangular beveled white ceramics. Affordable prices only the arrangement is played so as to create a different appearance.
The use of wpc and Hpl in the kitchen area so that not all use granite. For areas that are not too often wet, we choose to use hpl only to reduce the budget. The combination of material colors is such that it still blends with other materials.

Facades at Night
The sloping façade creates a point of interest in the outdoor area, and the use of a roster to limit the mini garden, because we don't use a fence... the use of a roster on the terrace also limits the terrace area and can cover the entrance so that privacy is maintained. At night solar LEDs are used at several points and at house numbers.

The stair railing uses 12 mm Tempered Glass & wooden handrail. The stair floor uses solid camphor wood & the riser uses super white Durafloor Granite Tiles to match the granite living room floor.
